Suspect in sexual attack near Barber Park still at large, deputies say The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone with information about this weekend’s attack to come forward (Sam Martello, WFTV.com/WFTV)

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Detectives are seeking tips after a woman was sexually assaulted early Saturday near Barber Park, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said.

Investigators believe the Nov. 1 attack happened between 3:50 a.m. and 4 a.m. The park is located at 3701 Gatlin Avenue in Orlando.

The suspect in the attack is described as:

  • Height: 6 feet tall (approx.)
  • Weight: 180-200 lbs.
  • Last seen wearing: All black clothing

Sheriff’s investigators said the suspect spoke with a thick Haitian Creole accent and he was last seen walking eastbound on Gatlin Avenue.

The identity of the suspect remains unknown and officials are urging anyone with information about the attack to come forward.
