Update: Florida Highway Patrol is reporting that a 4th person has now died of injuries sustained in a one-vehicle rollover crash on I-95 Monday night.

The identity of the deceased has not yet been released.

The accident happened in Titusville at mile marker 220. Three sisters were also killed in the crash.

A toddler was also thrown 30 feet over a barrier wall. Miraculously, that child is in stable condition today.

The SUV was driven by 34 year old Latorya Brown, of Leesburg.

There were 11 people in the vehicle at the time of the crash.

A fatal crash had shut down the north lanes of I-95 in Brevard County Monday, but the lanes have since reopened, according to officials.

The crash happened at mile marker 220 in Titusville.

Three children were killed after an SUV carrying 11 people crashed on I-95 in Titusville Monday, officials said.

The driver, a 34-year-old woman from Leesburg, lost control on I-95 north and rolled over several times, officials said.

"When it caught the grass, it maybe went 25 to 30 feet in the air, maybe more, and just spinning. I couldn’t tell you how many times we saw debris coming out of the car," said witness Rick Curry.

Curry said he pulled over to help.

“It was horrible, and being children, the parents were frantic and could not find the toddler, who they claim was in a car seat. He was eventually found on the other side of a 20- to 25-foot divider wall between I-95," said Curry.

Authorities said three people under the age of 18 were killed, and six of eight people inside an SUV were taken via trauma alert to a hospital.

Troopers said they found a child that had been ejected over the barrier. The child was listed in serious but stable condition.

“You are talking an act of God at this point to find somebody ejected and still alive to where our first responders were able to locate them.  It's a miracle,” said FHP Trooper Steven Montiero

“When you don't have your seat belt on, it’s a recipe for disaster. If something is going to go wrong, it’s going to go wrong because you are not wearing your seat belt," said Montiero.

The names of those involved have not been released.

Authorities said a tire malfunction was the cause of the crash.

FHP said the driver will not be charged, but she could face some traffic citations.
