ORLANDO, Fla. — After a cold start on Tuesday, Central Florida is bracing for even more cold weather Wednesday.

A front advisory has been issued for Sumter, Lake and portions of Volusia County starting at 1 a.m. Wednesday.

Wind chill values will stay cold, ranging from 25 to 34 degrees.

Our area will be breezy and cold through the afternoon, with highs staying in the 50s. Wind chill values will stay in the 40s for most of the afternoon.

Temperatures will stay chilly in our area over the next few days.

Overnight lows will bottom out in the 30s and low 40s. until Friday night.

The cold weather will remain in place for most of the week.
