Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz said Friday that former President Donald Trump will not get a fair trial in New York, calling his indictment the “weakest case” possible.

Trump was indicted Thursday in relation to an alleged hush money payment to former porn star Stormy Daniels.

Dershowitz believes the case is an “extraordinary abuse of prosecutorial discretion” and should be moved to a place where Trump can get a fair trial.

He also called for an investigation into the leak of the indictment.
