Police identify 2-year-old accidentally shot and killed by 4-year-old cousin

Osceola County deputies and state prosecutors are determining whether anyone will face criminal charges after a 4-year-old accidentally shot and killed a 2-year-old relative while the children were left unattended inside a vehicle.
