Amber’s mother Dawn nominated her, she says, “Amber is an ER nurse at Advent Health in orange city, she cares very deeply for her patients and advocates for their best care. She was awarded the daisy award this week which is given to extraordinary nurses for the compassionate contributions they make every day going above and beyond expectations in science and sensitivity. She has been nominated for this award several times throughout her career and this year she won the award. She also worked tirelessly in the ICU throughout the COVID pandemic.”
